Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and compassion to patients, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patients for risk of danger to self or others and intervene appropriately
- Participate in the implementation of individualized plans of care and provide patient education
- Facilitate educational and activity groups, and recommend alternative activities based on patient functioning level and treatment plan
- Provide supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians and assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience preferred
