About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our Assisted Living team at Presbyterian Homes & Services. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as scheduled and assist other Certified Nursing Assistants as needed.
  • Monitor changes in residents' conditions and report any concerns to the care team.
  • Assist residents with mobility using various methods, including gait belts and mechanical lifts.
  • Ensure residents are cared for with dignity and respect.
Requirements
  • Nursing Assistant Certification required to work in Long Term Care.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
  • Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
