Occupational Therapy Assistant Opportunity

Caldera Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Pullman Care Center in Pullman, WA.

About the Role

The COTA will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary treatment team to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our residents. This includes assessing and treating residents with a wide range of conditions, including geriatrics, mental health, and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat residents with occupational therapy needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to residents and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
  • Conduct functional capacity examinations and assistive technology assessments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid WA Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials in good standing
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (PREFERRED)
  • Grow with Caldera Continued Education, Leadership training, and Scholarship Programs
