Welding Instructor

We are seeking a skilled Welding Instructor to join our team at Mt. San Antonio College. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching safe use of SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW equipment and processes to a diverse student population.

• Teach welding techniques and safety protocols to students
• Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of one of the following:

• Any Bachelor's degree and two (2) full-time equivalent years of professional experience directly related to the faculty member's teaching assignment
• Any Associate's degree and six (2) full-time equivalent years of professional experience directly related to the faculty member's teaching assignment
• The equivalent (must request an equivalency review in the application)
