Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of gutter systems to detect any damages, leaks, or necessary repairs.
- Execute repairs on damaged or leaking gutters by replacing sections, resealing joints, and realigning as needed.
- Install protective gutter guards or screens to inhibit debris accumulation and clogging.
- Perform cleaning of gutters by removing leaves, twigs, and other debris using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Ensure that downspouts are unobstructed and functioning correctly to direct water away from buildings.
- Document all work completed, including repairs undertaken and materials utilized.
