Buffet Host

This role is responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring a pleasurable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with menu options and provide recommendations on buffet items.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar areas, floors, and restrooms, including sweeping and cleaning floor areas around the buffet.
• Check and restock restroom supplies, and report any issues to management.
• Offer assistance to guests who need help, such as carrying trays or answering questions.
• Be attentive, helpful, and pleasant in appearance and personality at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
