We are seeking exceptional Family Medicine Physicians to join our teams in the stunning Hudson Valley region. As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

- You will have autonomy to grow your practice and patient panel, with the support of a robust team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will provide full-spectrum Family Medicine and Adult Primary Care, with a focus on chronic disease management and preventive medicine.
- You will work collaboratively with Advanced Practice Clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits Highlights:
- The estimated salary range for this role is $256,997 to $364,843 per year, based on quality, not quantity, with significant earning potential.

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process.
- Residency trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
