About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, season and cook meats and vegetables using skill in frying, grilling and sautéing.
  • Starch and Vegetable Preparation: Prepare, season and cook starches, vegetables and other side hot food items.
  • Measuring and Mixing: Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe.
  • Cooking Techniques: Deep fry, grill and sauté food items to perfection.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent cooking skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
