Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Manager RN Cardiac Cath Lab at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our cardiac cath lab team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the cardiac cath lab team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
  • Provide education and training to staff on new procedures and technologies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
  • Two years of RN experience in a cardiac cath lab setting preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Clinically competent in areas of responsibility.
  • Current Texas licensure as R.N. and current BCLS certification required.
