  4. Employ a range of therapeutic methods to effectively address various communication needs, such as articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
  5. Track and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and maintaining accurate records.
  6. Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team, including assistants and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
  7. Educate clients and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques to enhance daily living skills.
  8. Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech-language pathology through continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  2. Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the relevant state.
  3. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  4. Experience working with clients with communication disorders in clinical or educational environments.
  5. Strong clinical acumen and familiarity with assessment and intervention techniques for various communication disorders.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with clients and team members.
