As a member of the GYMGUYZ team, you will bring energy, expertise, and a comprehensive range of equipment in our fully equipped vans directly to clients. We prioritize our clients' time while delivering personalized programs that achieve results in the comfort of their own homes. Our operations are driven by FUEL (Fun, Unity, Earnings & Leadership). With over 160 locations across 26 states and 3 countries (US, Canada & UK), GYMGUYZ has been honored by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the "Top 100 Fastest Growing Franchises" in 2017 & 2018.

The fitness coach will deliver personal training sessions to GYMGUYZ clients and may conduct initial evaluations of potential clients. Adaptability to various environments, including private residences, workplaces, parks, or any location preferred by the client, is essential. Experience in group training is advantageous. The fitness coach will fulfill job duties while embodying the core values, mission, and culture of the GYMGUYZ team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement customized workout programs based on initial assessments.
• Provide motivation and support to each client.
• Adhere to protocols for client assignments to other team members as necessary.
• Transport the GYMGUYZ van to client appointments.
• Engage in community events and marketing/networking opportunities that enhance GYMGUYZ's visibility.

REQUIREMENTS

• High energy and a genuine passion for fitness.
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously.
• Highly innovative in program development.
• Certification from an accredited organization recognized by GYMGUYZ (NASM certification preferred).
• Current CPR Certification.
