Job Summary

Pinnacle Bank is seeking a skilled Bank Teller to provide exceptional customer service and handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Greet customers, handle paper and cash transactions, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  2. Transaction Processing: Receive and pay money, cash checks, accept loan payments, and process negotiable instruments with precision and speed.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  4. Team Collaboration: Assist colleagues as needed, including granting access to safe deposit boxes and processing mail and night drop transactions.
  5. Accountability: Balance teller drawer at the end of each shift and perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Basic math functions, computer operation, and excellent communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
