Job Description:
A medical-surgical travel nurse provides care to patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful as a medical-surgical travel nurse, you must possess a GA or compact RN license, at least two years of experience in nursing, and hold certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Direct patient care experience is highly preferred, and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is also desired.
