Job Summary:
MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and provide care tailored to the patient's condition and age
• Perform timely and accurate documentation in the medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
• CRRN certification preferred
• Minimum six months' experience in a medical/surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
