Position Overview:

Our research integrates methodologies from both basic science and clinical studies to gain insights into behavioral disruptions in early childhood. Utilizing advanced techniques such as remote eye-tracking and specialized behavioral software, we analyze children's interactions during play in diverse environments.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified postdoctoral researcher to contribute to an NIH-funded initiative aimed at assessing the effects of a Mediational Intervention for Sensitizing Caregivers, a maternal training program, on the long-term mental health outcomes of Congolese children.

Required Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with eye-tracking methodologies and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, and statistical analysis tools (R, SAS, or STATA).
  • A robust publication record and a demonstrated interest in neurodevelopment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating within a cross-cultural team.
