Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to inmates, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and experience working in a correctional setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including risk assessments and treatment planning.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to inmates.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of inmates.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency response services as needed.
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
- CA PSYL License.
- Minimum of 12 continuous months of experience working in a correctional setting within the last 3 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
