Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and will be responsible for providing high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments to identify speech and language challenges.
- Create and execute tailored therapy plans to meet individual client needs.
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions and track client progress to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to incorporate therapy objectives into everyday activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure and certification (e.g., CCC-SLP).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Experience with a variety of client populations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capability to function effectively within a collaborative team environment.
