Key Responsibilities
Responsible for recruiting and directing the supervisory, clerical, and hourly staff in assigned geographic region. This includes interviewing, hiring, training employees, as well as planning, assigning and directing work. Directs activities of salaried staff involved in fleet operations including the scheduling of all assets at the assigned terminals. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of management/supervisory experience and ability to work within framework of goals established for the organization.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university.
  • Relevant Experience 15+ years of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of employees/managers at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to evaluate alternative supply networks that optimize cost and service objectives.
