Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services to our customers.

• Provide Pharmaceutical Care: Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, counsel patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs, and maintain confidential information.
• Lead by Example: Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
• Build Relationships: Develop and present logical, convincing reasons in support of one's perspectives and initiatives, and proactively share relevant information and timely updates with appropriate people.
• Ensure Compliance: Comply with policies and procedures, demonstrate ethical performance, and support efforts to enforce compliance with policies and procedures.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• License: Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Training: Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
