At Off Leash K9 Training, LLC, we are a leading name in the dog training industry, and we are seeking to expand our team with one or two dedicated trainers in the Lubbock / Panhandle TX area.

This role is both rewarding and demanding, requiring a motivated individual who excels in building professional relationships and achieving success.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must reside in or near the Lubbock / Panhandle area.
• Ability to accommodate at least 2 dogs at your home for a duration of 14 days.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ownership of a smartphone.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Completion of a 21-day certification program at the OLK9 Training Facility.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Training and managing dogs of various breeds, from puppies to adults.
• Addressing behavioral issues ranging from anxiety to aggression.
• Engaging with the public in a courteous and professional manner.
• Traveling to appointments within the Lubbock area.
• Participating in ongoing education to enhance training skills for both dogs and their owners.
• Attending promotional events.
• Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.

The ideal candidate for the Dog Trainer position should possess:

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty.
• A genuine passion for dogs and their training.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to create training videos.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours on weekdays and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The right individual has the potential to earn between $50,000 and $70,000 annually (or more) while enjoying the flexibility of working from home and engaging in a fulfilling career.
