About the Role
As an LPN at Trilogy, you'll contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses. You'll administer medications, observe patients, and perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services. You'll also educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge and follow-up care. Additionally, you'll identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe and take corrective action as necessary.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an LPN with a passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to teamwork. You'll need to have a BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date, as well as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. A high school diploma or GED is also required.
