About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our statewide municipal practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with city councils and special districts, providing expert advice on municipal law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in trial court writs and appellate proceedings
  • Advise on municipal law matters, including the Brown Act
  • Work with city councils and special districts to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in municipal law
  • Strong knowledge of the Brown Act and other relevant laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
