JOB SUMMARY:

The primary objective of this role is to uphold and enhance exceptional standards of customer service across all front-end operations. This position entails overseeing and guiding all customer service personnel and activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1) Foster customer satisfaction by delivering superior service standards.

2) Manage and organize the tasks of customer service staff to ensure uniform adherence to high courtesy standards.

3) Develop and maintain efficient work schedules for customer service personnel to minimize customer wait times.

4) Implement store policies related to customer service operations and assist management in addressing any policy violations by staff.

5) Assign duties to cashiers as directed by management.

6) Conduct orientation and training sessions for new hires and existing staff.

7) Support cashiers with pricing inquiries.

8) Keep management informed of any pricing discrepancies.

9) Assist customers with returns, pricing errors, and billing issues.

10) Authorize customer checks and enforce check cashing regulations.

11) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.

12) Order and manage supplies necessary for front-end operations.

13) Welcome customers and remain vigilant of store activities.

14) Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1) Ensure adequate staffing of the customer service center and provide necessary training for supervisory roles.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, team members, and vendors.

2) Strong analytical and mathematical abilities for conducting precise audits.

3) Familiarity with federal and state regulations regarding the employment of minors.
