Floor Supervisor

Buckle is seeking a Floor Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the sales floor is consistently sized and new freight is appropriately displayed. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales strategies, recruit new team members, and provide leadership to the sales floor team. Your goal will be to motivate team members to initiate and complete daily tasks, while maintaining and sharing knowledge of current sales and promotions. Responsibilities:
