Logistics Associate

We are seeking a skilled Shipping Associate to join our team at BioIVT. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $50,000-$60,000.

In this role, you will work closely with the shipping/receiving team to check in incoming packages and ensure outgoing packages are packed correctly. Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and processing incoming shipments of biological materials.
• Verifying that incoming shipments match expected shipments and organizing materials in freezers and refrigerators.
• Laboring materials according to IATA packaging instructions and labeling them correctly.
• Notifying relevant personnel of incoming supplies and future orders.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and keeping the warehouse tidy.
