Job Summary

As a Floor Tech at Harvard Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance of all floors, including tile, carpet, and brick flooring. Your duties will include completing work assignments in a timely manner, utilizing appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure, and leveraging and maintaining floor equipment as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to observe safety precautions at all times and report any safety hazards when identified.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet, and brick flooring
  • Complete work assignments in a timely manner
  • Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure
  • Leverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriate
  • Observe safety precautions at all times
  • Report safety hazards when identified
