About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our healthcare team at Nextaff. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide clinical social work services to individuals with diverse needs, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical social work with individuals, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
  • Provide individual and group therapy as outlined in the treatment plan, promoting patient well-being and recovery.
  • Conduct suicide and crisis risk assessments and interventions, ensuring patient safety and support.
  • Coordinate discharge planning, accessing community resources and services to support patient needs.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) licensure in California.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in clinical social work.
  • BLS/CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
