As a member of the Insomnia Cookies team, you will be the face of our store, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service. You will also be responsible for baking our delicious cookies to perfection and ensuring that every customer has a warm and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and taking their orders
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience
- Baking cookies to perfection and ensuring that they are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Handling cash and payments accurately and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements include:
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role
- Personable and genuine demeanor
- Excellent communication and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States
