We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team at DIFILIPPO, a 120-year-old industry leader. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients while identifying new business opportunities through referrals and leads. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you train and develop a small team to perform these tasks, ultimately leading to the Agency Director role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our existing client base.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to report daily field activity.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
