Happy Lemon, a leading and fashionable boba tea establishment, is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to the service sector. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a vibrant and efficient workspace, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our shop.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to excel in one of three key roles:

• Craft beverages according to established recipes and serve them with care.
• Maintain cleanliness in the beverage preparation area.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Gather customer feedback and share suggestions for new offerings with management.

• Greet customers warmly, introduce our menu items, and address inquiries.
• Process customer orders, manage cash registers, and input orders from delivery services into the system.
• Handle payments accurately and provide receipts to customers.
• Keep the customer service area tidy and organized.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all food prep areas in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Prepare and assemble all tea, boba, and related ingredients.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all food items.
• Assist in receiving and organizing food deliveries.
• Properly store food supplies to maintain order and accessibility.

Note: Compensation includes tips and performance-based incentives. Responsibilities may overlap, and comprehensive training will be provided for all roles. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure an outstanding beverage experience for our customers.
