Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and operate the appropriate technical factors for each study, ensuring accurate and high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Prepare and position patients for CT examinations, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Document all pertinent clinical information prior to each exam, obtain informed consent, and complete all required fields within our electronic medical record system.
  • Remain proficient in executing software protocols and stay up-to-date with changes in the field through ongoing education and training.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Completion of a 24-month program in Radiologic Technology at an accredited institution.
  • ARRT (CT) certification (preferred).
  • Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting.
