Ultrasound Technologist Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment at a partnering hospital in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Job Summary:

  • Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment for examinations
  • Recognize and record appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment
  • Write reports based on scan results
  • Alert medical staff of any abnormalities

Requirements:

  • Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
