Job Summary

As a Courier at FedEx, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages. Your primary duties will include operating company vehicles, providing courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages, and checking shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive or operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery
  • Check shipments for accuracy and completeness, and ensure that all packages are delivered to the correct address
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve delivery goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
