We are working with Locum Tenens Partners to find a qualified Hospitalist MD for a locum tenens opportunity in Maine.
About the Position
This is an excellent opportunity for a Hospitalist MD to provide supplemental coverage from October 2024 to January 2025.
Key Details
- Multiple providers needed
- Inpatient, rounding, and admitting responsibilities
- Shift: Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm
- Adult medicine, floor, and intermediate care
- No ICU responsibilities
- Average number of patients per day: admissions 0-1, inpatient 15-17
- Supervising APPs and occasionally residents
- Trauma Level 1 Facility
- EMR: EPIC
- Expenses covered, weekly pay, and occurrence form
- Malpractice insurance provided
Requirements
- ME License
- BC/BE - IP or FM
- BLS
- ACLS highly preferred
