About the Role

This role is a key part of our team, responsible for receiving deliveries, breaking down loads, and rotating coolers. You will also be responsible for weighing, pricing, and labeling products, as well as preparing valued-added products and providing excellent customer service.


As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety, as well as performing other tasks as assigned by management.



Key Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries and break down loads
  • Weigh, price, and label products
  • Stock cases and select products
  • Prepare valued-added products
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including but not limited to regular attendance
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment


Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand for 55% of the workday, sit for 0%, and walk for 45%. The role also requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and to work in a cold environment.
