The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety of each class and delivering engaging swim lessons to students using our proven curriculum. They will work closely with students and staff members, welcoming feedback and continuously improving their skills.

• Ensure a safe swimming environment for students
• Teach swim lessons using our Hubbard curriculum
• Communicate effectively with students and staff
• Provide excellent customer service

To succeed in this role, you must be able to:

• Stand, walk, stoop, crouch or swim for up to 5 hours in the water
• Lift, hold, and/or move equipment or small children up to 50 pounds
• Commit to a minimum of 1 year and at least 2 shifts per week
• Be willing to go underwater during lessons

This full-time position offers a competitive estimated salary of $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits may include medical, dental, PTO, 401K, employee discounts, sick leave, growth opportunities, and fun work events.
