Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in estimating, with senior-level experience across varied industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Strong understanding of different construction methods, materials, and industry-specific cost factors. Advanced skills in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, PlanSwift) and Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex estimates clearly. Ability to work on-site at designated locations (no remote work option). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
