About the Role
MPI is seeking a highly skilled Medical Construction Superintendent to join their team in the Midwest. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent on ground-up projects, advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods, and the ability to generate and drive master schedules. They should also be competent in conflict and crisis management, have knowledge and experience with Procore or similar software, and be a team player who takes responsibility for their actions and mistakes.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and ensuring completion on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications. This includes directing all field personnel, maintaining daily and weekly logs of construction progress, and ensuring job-site safety, health, and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for daily inspections to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, identifying potential issues, and interpreting plans and contract terms for administrative staff, subcontractors, and clients.
