Job Summary

A skilled Finish Carpenter is needed to join the PrismHR team to add the final touches to carpentry projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be able to work from blueprints, sketches, and building plans to meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpreting blueprints and building plans to ensure accurate installation of carpentry structures
  • Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials to create detailed structures and fixtures
  • Installing final touch items, including molding, trim, stairs, doors, cabinets, shelving, and hardware
  • Repairing and replacing damaged wood products or fixtures
  • Maintaining a safe and clean worksite
  • Coordinating with other professionals and communicating with clients

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent desired
  • 2-3 years of experience in carpentry, preferably as a finish carpenter or framer
