  • Communication: Inform the Body Shop Manager of any additional repairs needed.
  • Documentation: Record all completed work promptly and accurately.
  • Mathematical Proficiency: Utilize basic math skills for tasks such as mixing chemicals.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in factory-sponsored training sessions and stay updated on technical bulletins.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, particularly regarding hazardous waste disposal.
  • Customer Care: Ensure that customer vehicles are maintained in a clean condition.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Safety Commitment: Follow all company safety protocols and report any incidents to management immediately.
