Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support residents with medication administration
- Reposition residents in bed and escort them around the community
- Toileting and incontinent care
- Take vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and pulse
- Observe and report on residents' health, escalating any problems efficiently and effectively
- Detail daily reports to the Nurse or designated charge person
- Provide emotional support and serve as a source of comfort for residents and their loved ones
- Assist residents with mobility, eating, and drinking
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old or state-regulated minimum
- Working experience alone, on a team, and on projects start to finish
- Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills
- Dedication to the medical field, especially towards working with residents
- Pass State and company background checks and drug test
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience.
