Key Responsibilities:

As an Environmental Services Technician, you will:

  • Ensure superior quality in all tasks and treat others with respect.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence in all interactions with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including patient rooms, offices, lounges, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Oversee the overall sanitation, orderliness, and appearance of the facility.
  • Perform routine housekeeping duties according to established schedules and protocols.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and disinfectants to sanitize surfaces and prevent infection.
  • Dust and vacuum various surfaces, empty waste receptacles, and organize furniture and equipment.
  • Change linens and replenish supplies of toiletries and other essentials.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
