Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Resident Care: Oversee the health and wellness needs of our residents, working closely with family members and consulting with community physicians to ensure personalized care.
- Lead the Care Team: Supervise non-licensed team members and ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance in skilled nursing operations.
- Develop Care Plans: Work with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans that promote the highest degree of quality care and service.
- Education: Graduate of an approved college/school of nursing.
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in long term care, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, and/or full service operations.
- Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods as applied to skilled nursing and resident care. Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), and the ability to learn new applications.
