- Build Trust-Based Relationships: You will develop a comprehensive knowledge of key clients' businesses, building trust-based relationships with clients and providing exceptional service.
- Evaluate and Improve Client Processes: You will evaluate clients' internal control systems and develop recommendations to improve client processes, accounting systems, control structure, and procedures.
- Prepare Financial Statements and Reports: You will prepare financial statements, audit reports, budget, and cash flow analyses, and special reports for clients.
- Resolve Open Items and Manage Engagement Economics: You will resolve all open items/issues encountered on assigned engagements and actively monitor engagement economics by managing budgets and seeking efficiencies.
- Develop and Oversee Staff: You will teach, develop, and oversee staff throughout engagements, delegating assignments and tasks, and providing honest, objective, and constructive feedback in a timely manner.
- Identify and Sell Opportunities: You will collaborate to identify and sell opportunities among existing clients, serving as a mentor and role model through active participation in firm committees, departmental matters, and events.
- Education and Experience: You must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of recent public accounting experience.
- Professional Certifications: You must be CPA certified or have significant progress toward certification.
- Skills and Abilities: You must have strong oral and written communication skills, effective listening skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, and strong time and work management skills.
