Culinary Specialist

At Dave & Buster's, we're passionate about delivering an exceptional culinary experience to our guests. As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in bringing our menu to life, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

• Prepare and cook food items to specification, using recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
• Handle and prepare food safely and efficiently, adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, using all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all company standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist other team members as needed, providing support and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

• Previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to clearly communicate with other team members and demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
