Critical Care Nurse

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform wound care and management, including debridement and dressing changes.
- Supervise and educate ancillary personnel on patient care and unit policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Minimum one year of experience in Critical Care nursing.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
