Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $130,000 per year, based on experience and location. This compensation package includes base pay, merit-based increases, and premium pay for specialized skills. In addition to a comprehensive benefits program, which includes health and wellness initiatives, paid time off, and retirement planning assistance, we also offer a generous signing bonus to support your transition into this new role.

Key Responsibilities:
This position involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions throughout the continuum of care. You will also have opportunities to participate in leadership development programs and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Requirements:
A graduate degree from an accredited physician assistant program, certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and current CPR certification are essential requirements for this role. Experience as a physician assistant and/or in a clinical setting is preferred.
