Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Home Visitor to join our team at Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing home-based learning experiences that promote children's progress and support families in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct weekly home visits to track progress and provide support to families.
  2. Work with families to identify and set goals, and monitor progress throughout the program.
  3. Obtain and document in-kind resources and build partnerships within the community.
  4. Collaborate with other employees, clients, and community members to achieve program objectives.
  5. Promote school readiness and participate in required meetings and trainings.
  6. Ensure adherence to all CNCAP policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or a related field.
  2. Valid driver's license.
  3. Prefer experience working with infants and toddlers.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Problem-solving and communication skills.
  2. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  3. Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work with others.
