Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers to translate business requirements into practical architectural solutions.
Develop technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Implement ITSM, ITAM, Service Catalogs, Integration, and Foundation Data in ServiceNow.
Understand customer environments and provide optimal implementation solutions.
Gather requirements for each module through workshops with customers and identify their needs.

Lead a team, conduct daily scrum meetings to review work updates and progress according to Agile methodology, and provide technical support to ensure production releases are bug-free.
