  • Maintain current IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications, including WRT, AMRT, and optional ASD.

  • Experience in generating Xactimate estimates is essential.

  • Achieve or surpass established benchmarks for responding to and completing loss estimates.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Meet or exceed profitability goals on managed projects.
  • Plan and execute projects from inception to completion.
  • Secure written agreements and payment terms for projects.
  • Ensure a smooth and accurate flow of production documentation from the job site to administration.
  • Coordinate resource allocation of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with the scheduling team.
  • Monitor equipment utilized on company projects.
  • Participate in and assist with company meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or GED) with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in managing construction or restoration projects and supervising teams.
  • Preferred: Associate (2 years) or Bachelor's (4 years) degree in business or construction management. Advanced knowledge of building construction, remodeling, or restoration.
  • Understanding of financial documentation: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and budgeting.
  • Ability to analyze completed job costing, evaluate performance, and identify improvement areas.
  • Proficient technical skills, experience, and certification in the services provided by the company.
  • Strong mathematical skills for translating remaining work into manpower planning and project timelines.
  • Effective negotiation skills that foster positive relationships.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer software, particularly MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is advantageous.
  • Skilled in receiving and acting on feedback from customers and employees, probing for additional insights, and providing timely responses.
